Buck is a striking red boy with lots of "chrome" (white on his feet, chest, nose and a thin strip on his forehead).  The pictures simply do not do this handsome fellow justice.  Buck came to us right out of the kennel so we're learning more and more about him every day.  He is being fostered with another greyhound and continuing to learn the ropes of home life.  Buck goes for walks and while he can be a bit timid when meeting new people, he seems to be doing better with each new experience.  He was fostered with smaller dogs and did fine but is still a bit too curious about the kitties and would take close supervision to move into a home with cats. Buck has met some younger children and was very mannerly although not overly enthusiastic as far as wanting to play with them.  We feel he will most likely be more comfortable in a family with older children.  Buck is playing more and more with toys and really enjoys a good romp in the yard.
